Text processing is currently support in Knowledge Builder by the COM+ runtime server. The TextProcessor Objects within the knowledge modules are highly tokenised which means that the high performance COM+ runtime server engine can process incoming messages at high speed.
The TextProcessor Objects can be part of a much larger Knowledge-based system. The derived runtime Attribute values can drive customer support knowledge, for instance replying to messages requesting more information or replying to messages with trouble-shooting instructions.
